On December 11, 2024, Forea Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. held the inaugural meeting for the establishment of the construction team of Zambia subsidiary's wet process plant project. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zeng Feng, with the participation of all members of the company's EMT, the core team of the Zambia subsidiary, and heads of various functional departments of the company.

General Manager Zeng Feng emphasized that the wet process plant project of the Zambia subsidiary is a pivotal step for Forea's transition from trade to industry. It holds extraordinary significance and carries the grand vision for the company's future development.

In 2024, the construction of a copper leaching plant started, covering 15 hectares with a total investment of over 10 million USD. In 2025, the copper leaching plant is under active construction and is scheduled to be officially put into operation in September.
