On January 8, 2025, the 2024 Annual Work Meeting and Employee Conference of Forea Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. was grandly convened. This conference is not only a review and summary of the hard work of the past year, but also an outlook and plan for the future journey.

At the meeting, HR Ava interpreted the "Forea Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. 2024 Annual Performance Scoring Plan". The heads of each subsidiary and department have reported their work for the year 2024.

General Manager Zeng Feng delivered the "2024 Year-End Work Report of Forea." From the overall development perspective of the company, General Manager Zeng Feng summarized the achievements and experiences of Forea in the past year from two major aspects: operational status and organizational construction and leadership. He also provided a forward-looking vision for the future development of the company. 

At the meeting, a ceremony was held for the signing of the "2025 Business Target Responsibility Agreements" by various subsidiaries and business departments of Forea.   

After the signing ceremony, General Manager Zeng Feng delivered a presentation on the company's development strategy and corporate culture. The company adheres to the development strategy of "focusing on mining as the core, expanding overseas, and developing industry." It implements a business partnership system, where founders, management, and key employees co-own shares, work together, and share achievements. The company is committed to prudent operation and innovative exploration, upholds the corporate values of "treating customers and employees well," and promotes the corporate spirit of "diligence, efficiency, strictness, and rigor." The aim is to become a well-known global integrated mining and chemical company in the industry.
